Baxter Labz Refund & Return Policy

At Baxter Labz, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our highest priorities. We stand behind the quality of every supplement we manufacture and aim to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for all customers. The following policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process
  1. Contact us at info@baxterlabz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order ID, a brief explanation, and photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions.
  3. If the return is due to an error or damage on our part, Baxter Labz will arrange a free pickup or send a replacement at no additional cost. For other reasons (for example, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, the amount may take 3–5 additional working days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Products without their original seal, packaging, or invoice
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Products purchased from unauthorized or third-party sellers
Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will arrange for a free replacement after verification. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. To cancel an order, please contact info@baxterlabz.com immediately after placing it.
